We’re kicking off 2013 with our 8th Live4guitar contest where you have a chance to win our signature Live4guitar overdrive pedal hand manufactured by Skyvox, the exciting new amplification simulation from Kuassa, Amplification Vermilion, and one of the most impressive software guitar practice tools, Riffstation.

To become a contestant, please subscribe to our YouTube channel and download the free backing track below in this article. Record a video of yourself playing over the backing track and respond to our official contest video with your entry. Afterwards, visit our forum for updates and announcements. Our panel of judges and the winners will be announced in the forum.

The Rules – Please read carefully.

• The Competition is open to everyone
  
• Record your video take over this backing track and upload it to your YouTube channel
  
• Video should be recorded with a decent picture and sound quality
  
• Complete upper body (face and both hands) must be clearly visible on the video
  
• The sound source can be from a camera microphone or a DAW
  
• Make sure that your video and audio are in perfect sync. If we notice that the take was edited after recording, we will disqualify it immediately
  
• Subscribe to our YouTube channel and leave video response with your take - (you do need to subscribe)
  
• Join our forum and follow updates and news about the competition
  
• Judges will be announced on the forum and they will pick 3 best takes which will be published on L4g website
  
• The Competition closes on Thursday - 28th February 2013
  
• We will contact the winners via our forum to take their details for shipping

1^st place

1st prize will win the L4g overdrive pedal, Amplifikation Vermilion, and an L4g t-shirt

2^nd place

2nd prize will win a copy of Amplifikation Vermilion, Riffstation, and an L4g t-shirt.

3^rd place

3rd place gets 5 free lesson downloads from our live4guitar marketplace, a copy of Riffstation, and an L4g tshirt.
