Damjan Pejcinoski

Damjan Pejcinoski is a Macedonian guitarist who has been making waves in the guitar world from a very young age. He was only 18 when he landed his first award- 2002 Best guitarist at The Rock Fest festival for young talents in Macedonia.
In 2003 he enrolled at The National Musical Academy Pantcho Vladigherov, Jazz department in Sofia,Bulgaria with full scholarship, where he graduated in 2007.
In 2009 he was chosen by the Guitar Idol judges (world's biggest guitar competition) to perform as a finalist alongside 11 other contestants from all over the world. In the same year he won the second places in Truth in shredding guitar contest and Strings on fire guitar contest battling against more than 200 contestants from all over the world. In 2010 he won 2010 "Shred this too with Marco Sfogli" guitar competition against 318 competitors. The same year we saw him as A WINNER of the Zuia Chitarelor guitar contest in Romania by the votes of the respected judges (Andy Timmons, Brett Garsed, Corrado Sgandurra, Greg Howe, Michael Angelo Batio, Richard Hallebeek, William Stravato, Fabrizio Dado, Guglielmo Malusardi) Damjan has now finished his post-graduate studies in Sofia-Bulgaria and spends his time composing, gigging and teaching.
