There are tons of guitar related websites on the internet. I found that very few have content easy to understand, nicely organised and worth checking out. Today I made a list of 10 useful sites that I found very interesting, educational and easy to navigate. Most of them have free content so I hope you will enjoy your time when you visit them.

Mr. Fastfinger takes you through a very interesting adventure where you battle deamons and other creatures with your guitar. The site is like a game, done in flash, where you shred using your keyboard, practice scales, jam on the mountain... I spent a whole hour on this site.

This is a great tool if you need some accompanying music for your solos and don't have time to make your own backing track. Just fill the blank boxes with chords, pick an instrument, set your tempo and you're ready to rock. You can play up to 8 tracks at the same time and chose from various styles and grooves played by many sampled instruments. Everything can be done in less than a minute. If you subscribe you can also save/open your tracks and share them.

www.ejamming.com

I have always wanted to jam online with friends with no sound delay. Skype and similar software were not much of a help as the sound is sometimes late for a second or more. This tool solves all those issues. It is a desktop application which you need to download and install. You can try it free for 30 days and jam with 3 other friends wherever they are on the planet. If you don't believe it, check out video on their site how Def Leppard's Phil Collen jams with two other guys online.

www.freeguitarvideos.com

As you can guess from the title, here you can learn so much for free. You will have to pay for more quality material but the free stuff is also great. Lessons are well organised and easy to navigate. Most of them have a video example and a tab.
